I need your help ! :)

Hey everybody, i have a problem. I just insatlled cs 1.6 that rebellion gaes me http://cs-skini.me/csfull/ and i have higher ping than the other cs i had, can somebody helpm me to fix this problem, or shud I install different cs ?

I tryed this but still not working, maybe it's better to install again the old cs

my old cs does not have steam id thats but does not have lag or ping too, when I install cs with steam i have lag and too much ping thats the diference :S

maybe in options it's set to softwere, try putting it on OpenGL (graphic card) if it's not..

i recently instaled p48 again, it lagged like hell. i went to my cstrike folder and deleted my config... than i entered adriatic server again which created for me a new config of basic settings.

now there is no lag, my ping is 24-56, but also i had to rearrange a lot of settings again like my binds and keyboard layout.

u can try to copy your config to desktop and delete one in cstrike than try, if anything goes wrong for you, you can always paste it back from desktop

@rebellion dunno why but i cant play on openGL maybe becuz of my OS i paly on D3D

try it and let us now, and reb ´s advice is good if u can sort that out that would help 2 i believe, D3D and softweare create much lagg

I tryed ur method Kolibric, but still lag 2 much and have high ping, maybe it is better to keep p47 ?

Looks like windows 7 ultimate, doesen't allow OpenGL, maybe it is better install home basic, what do you think ?

hmm, wait for simbad , he managed to get cs on win7 working normally

Ok im deleting p48 teporary until Simbad is here to help me out, then i reinstall it again
